The 10kV level SC(B)10/SC(B)11/SC(B)12/SC(B)13 type power transformer produced by our factory is one of the earliest low-noise and low-loss resin-impregnated dry-type transformers in China to hold product model certification. Due to advanced design, high-quality materials, scientific formulas, strict processes, and high-standard testing, the product has the following characteristics:
◌ High-voltage winding made of copper wire, low-voltage winding made of copper wire or copper foil winding, filled with glass fiber mat, cast with unfilled epoxy resin under vacuum, forming a solid cylindrical whole after curing, with high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.
◌ Flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly. The insulating materials such as glass fiber used in the winding coils have self-extinguishing properties, will not produce arcs due to short circuits, and the resin will not emit toxic and harmful gases under high temperatures.
◌ The coils do not absorb moisture, and the core clamps have a special anti-corrosion protective layer, allowing operation in 100% relative humidity and other harsh environments. Intermittent operation does not require moisture treatment.
◌ High resistance to short circuits and lightning strikes.
◌ The resin layers inside and outside the coils are thin, providing good heat dissipation. The cooling method generally uses natural air cooling (AN). For transformers of any protection level, a forced air cooling system (AF) can be configured to improve short-term overload capacity and ensure safe operation.
◌ Low loss, good energy-saving effect, economical operation, and maintenance-free.
◌ Small size, light weight, occupies less space, low installation costs, and does not require consideration of oil pits, fire protection facilities, and backup power supplies.
◌ Due to the absence of fire and explosion risks, they can be installed in a dispersed manner at load centers, close to power consumption points, thereby reducing line costs and saving expensive low-voltage facility costs.
