◌ Core
The core is made of high magnetic permeability grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets. It features a new type of core with a fully oblique joint stacked core, where the core columns have a multi-stage stepped circular cross-section, and the yoke and core have the same cross-section.
◌ Windings
The windings use corrugated oil ducts and a non-impregnated process, secured with compression bands; all windings are concentric coils: the high-voltage winding has corresponding tapping voltage requirements, leading to the tap switch, which is installed on the box cover and requires power disconnection before changing the tap voltage.

◌ Safety Protection Device
Transformers from 30 to 2000kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves;
Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements;
◌ Oil Temperature Measurement Device
Transformers are equipped with glass thermometer tube bases, which are located at the top of the oil tank and extend into the oil by 120±10mm;
Transformers from 1000 to 2000kVA are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers;
◌ Transformer Oil Tank
The transformer oil tank is constructed with corrugated walls, with a surface treated by dust spraying and a firm paint film. The corrugated heat sink not only has a cooling function but also a "breathing" function, and the elasticity of the corrugated heat sink can compensate for the volume changes of the transformer oil caused by temperature fluctuations. Therefore, the fully sealed transformer does not have an oil storage cabinet, reducing the overall height of the transformer;
The transformer is filled with oil using a vacuum oil injection process during packaging, completely removing moisture from the transformer, and the transformer oil does not come into contact with air. This effectively prevents the intrusion of oxygen and moisture into the transformer, which could lead to a decline in the insulation performance of the transformer and the aging of the transformer oil, thus oil sample tests are conducted periodically;
