Product Overview
The GZ-DC-480T split-type DC charger is our company's latest developed flexible and semi-flexible switching DC charging pile. This charger consists of a power cabinet and a charging terminal cabinet, with a maximum output power of 250kW and an output current of 250A, mainly used for fast charging of electric vehicles.
The rectifier cabinet consists of an AC distribution unit, lightning protection unit, AC/DC unit, monitoring unit, and DC output switching unit. The charging terminal cabinet consists of a lower data acquisition unit, metering unit, DC output control unit, human-machine interaction unit, and networking unit; the two are connected via cables, effectively reducing noise and enhancing charging comfort. It achieves the convenience of fast charging for a few vehicles and equal charging for multiple vehicles.
This product is installed outdoors, with waterproof and dustproof design, and a protection level of IP54. It features easy installation and debugging, simple operation and maintenance, making it an ideal choice for outdoor DC fast charging of electric vehicles.

◌ Compatible with all vehicle models that meet the old and new national standards GB/T 27930.
◌ Can record charging data, with a maximum of 1000 charging records.
◌ Equipped with comprehensive fault detection prompts for various fault detections, facilitating customer maintenance:
◌ Has remote charging start function, can achieve WeChat scan to start charging, stop charging, calculate travel, and remotely view the charging process;
◌ Supports backend and cloud platform management, charging record push;
◌ Can automatically determine whether the charging gun is properly connected to the electric vehicle. Charging can only start when the charging pile is correctly connected to the electric vehicle; when the charging pile detects that it is not properly connected to the electric vehicle, it will automatically stop charging;
◌ The human-machine interaction interface connects via CAN bus and battery management unit (BMS) or onboard instruments, operates according to the parameters given by battery inspection (BMS), sets different charging operation modes, and achieves fast charging.
◌ Real-time fault alarm pushed to the platform, facilitating after-sales maintenance;
◌ Low standby power consumption, meets energy-saving and emission reduction requirements, reducing operating costs.
