Product Overview
The GZ-DC-120L-2 product is a charger with a reliable system that fully meets national standards, mainly used for DC fast charging of electric vehicles. This product integrates power conversion, charging control, human-machine interaction control, communication, billing and metering, and has good dustproof and waterproof functions, with a protection level of IP54, allowing safe operation outdoors. It is suitable for outdoor electric vehicle charging stations, public parking lots, residential community parking lots, large commercial parking lots, roadside parking spaces, and bus stations.
Functional Features
◌ High charging efficiency, high energy utilization rate, low energy loss, meets energy-saving and emission reduction requirements, reduces costs;
◌ Has automatic and manual charging functions; the charging pile should be able to dynamically adjust the charging mode according to the BMS charging voltage and current limit.
◌ Wide input and output voltage range, suitable for various different voltage occasions:
◌ Wide working temperature range, can operate normally under different environmental conditions;
◌ Compatible with all vehicle models that meet the old and new national standards GB/T 27930.
◌ Can record charging data, with a maximum of 1000 charging data records.
◌ Equipped with comprehensive fault detection prompts for various fault detections, facilitating customer maintenance:
◌ Has remote charging start function, can achieve WeChat scan to start charging, stop charging, calculate travel, remotely view the charging process, etc.;
◌ Supports background and cloud platform management, charging record push;
◌ Can automatically determine whether the charging gun is properly connected to the electric vehicle. When the charging pile is correctly connected to the electric vehicle, it is allowed to start charging; when the charging pile detects that it is not properly connected to the electric vehicle, it will automatically stop charging;
◌ The human-machine interaction interface connects through the CAN bus and battery management unit (BMS) or onboard instruments, operating according to the parameters given by battery inspection (BMS), setting different charging operation modes to achieve fast charging.
◌ Real-time fault alarm pushed to the platform, facilitating after-sales maintenance;
◌ Low standby power consumption, meets energy-saving and emission reduction requirements, reduces operating costs.
