  Product Overview

The MNS system is a product introduced by our company using manufacturing technology from Switzerland's ABB, designed for factory-assembled low-voltage switchgear. The technical standards comply with GB7251.1, IEC439-1, VDE0660 Part 500, BS5486 Part 1, UTE63-410, and as a marine product, it also meets the LIOYD’S REGISTER marine standards.

The MNS system low-voltage switchgear includes fixed technology and drawer technology, with materials divided into steel plate structure technology and plastic structure technology. The latter's technical level reaches the international standard of the 1990s.

The MNS system can adapt to various power supply and distribution needs and can be widely used in land applications, power plants, nuclear power plants, marine applications, oil platforms, and various industrial and mining enterprises' distribution systems.

Over 200 types of assembly components can create different cabinet structures and fixed partitions or drawer units.

  Usage Conditions

◌ Ambient air temperature not exceeding +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the 24h average temperature not exceeding +35℃;

◌ Clean ambient air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at +25℃, but moderate condensation may occur due to temperature changes;

◌ Indoor use, altitude not exceeding 2000m;

◌ In places without significant shaking and impact vibrations;

◌ Pollution level: Class 3;

◌ Seismic intensity: Level 8;

◌ Temperature during transportation and storage of the switchgear can range from -25℃ to 55℃, and for a short time (not exceeding 24h), the temperature can reach +70℃;

◌ If the above usage conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate a solution.
